DollarFaxes provides a pay-per-use online fax transmission service. We enable users to send fax documents to recipients in the United States and Canada without requiring a subscription or user account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using DollarFaxes, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use our Service to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited faxes, or marketing materials without proper consent
• Transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Our current pricing is $1.00 for up to 5 pages, then $0.20 per additional page. Prices are subject to change with notice on our website.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the calculated amount for your fax transmission.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our discretion for failed transmissions due to service errors. We do not provide refunds for:

• Successfully transmitted faxes
• Incorrect recipient numbers provided by you
• Recipient fax machine issues or busy signals
• Content or formatting issues in your documents

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service with notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
• Impose limits on usage or transmission sizes

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

All content on DollarFaxes, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of documents you send through our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your documents solely for the purpose of providing the fax service.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. Documents are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of successful transmission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet all your requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOLLARFAXES AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DollarFaxes and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content transmitted through the Service

12. TCPA Compliance

You acknowledge that sending unsolicited fax advertisements may violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and can result in significant penalties. You are solely responsible for ensuring your fax transmissions comply with all applicable laws.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
